Applez Dream Net Amateur DotA Tournament 2011, 9-10 July 2011 (RESULT)

Tournament is over , and the home team Apple Dream Net emerge as champion. No surprise as the team is comprised with 3 tier 1.0 players although the rule only allows 1 ban player per team.

Mushi joined with 2 iRelax player daidai and bonebone 

Winter and Clanton joined with 3 Invasion Red players.

Silvercross Xiaoling Garfield and Kyxy played with NoRainnnnn for as home team.

1st - Appledreamnet (Xiaoling,Silvercross,Kyxy,Garfield)

2nd - XGL.Gigabyte

3rd - Mushi team

4th - Winter and Clanton

Winter and Clanton lost to XGL in the semi final where as team Mushi lost to appledreamnet

Tiers

This is how i rate the players and team tiers, based on their achievements and strength.

Tier 1.0
teams that are considered as tier 1.0 are top teams like MuFC,Nirvana,Scythe

players that are considered as tier 1.0 are players who are CURRENTLY playing for tier 1.0 teams and HAS BEEN playing for tier 1.0 for awhile. Players who has just recently played for tier 1.0 teams like Clanton and Kyxy are considered as tier 1.5 players

Tier 1.5
inactive and retired players who used to be tier 1.0 players like (xiaoxiaofong,owspia,ks-ice,xigz,wenz,bboy,nicxh,garfield,zuki,mikebz,sakura)

also tier 2.0 players who has been recruited into tier 1.0 teams will be considered as tier 1.5

Tier 2.0
teams that are considered as tier 2.0 teams are teams that usually swipe amateur tournaments (with banning restrictions or non open tournaments) such as XGL.gigabyte, Gigabyte1 , iRelax , KS-JJ ,FTZ ,GG-Mix

Tier  2.5
decent teams that are better than average teams :- Sino,Invasion.Red,Leap Gaming,NT Gaming,Skeptical

Tier 3.0
Teams that dominates clan wars and my.inhouse

Lucky Point Cyber Cafe DotA Championship Series ( 25-26 June'11 ) (Result)

Lucky Point Cyber Cafe Amateur Tournament has been concluded , with the normal rule of 1 banned player per team (Tier 1.0 players are banned i will make a post about tiers) We can see many tier 1.0 banned playing for tier 2.0 teams.

Tier 1.0 players that participated :- Mushi,Winter,Silvercross,Xt|nct

Tier 1.5 players that participated :- Clanton,Kyxy,N|cXh,Garfield,Zuki

Mushi joined with tier 2.5 team Sino 

Winter joined with Clanton and some inactive tier 2.0 players (remixwind and kidz)

Xtinct joined with tier 2.0 team iRelax 

Silvercross joined with ex-tier 1.0 players which are now inactive like Nicxh and zuki. together with tier 1.5 player Garfield and tier 2.0 dophin (ex Gigabyte,Sino,T2)  

also participated was 3 former XGL.gigabyte players  Raito,Xzist,Kaili with skeptical cgsumin and Kuro of Gigabyte1  they were defeated by Gigabyte (winter) in close 2-1 match)

The results were as followed 

1st - iRelax (xtinct)

2nd - Gigabyte (winter)

3rd - Sino (mushi)

Silvercross was defeated by team iRelax 2-0 in the quarter final therefore they had failed to secure any placings

Malaysia Dota Scene blog is born! this blog is created in order to share the latest updates on Malaysian Dota scenes. In here I will provide you with details and information before and after the competition, for those who are interested to join and for those who are interested to know the results and what happened dont worry because we will have some brief coverage about the tournaments and we will try out best to get the replays aswell. Unlike Gosugamers this blog will cover mainly on Malaysia local scenes which includes Amateurs and Open Tournaments. We would also classify local teams by "tiers" based on their strength ,achievements and players.
